ABOUT LISA VINES OF DESIGN BY VINES |

Lisa Vines, a native of Richmond, Virginia received her Registered Nurses license from the Riverside School of Professional Nursing in Newport News, VA in 1996. Most recently Lisa received her permanent makeup training with Beaufacia Enhancements Training Institute in Sarasota, Florida.
Lisa is licensed by the Florida Board of Education and is supervised by Dr. Milne, D.O., PA in Sunrise, Florida. She is fully insured and believes in continued education to learn the latest techniques and trends in the permanent makeup industry.
Recently Lisa joined the American Academy of Micropigmention. Additionally she is certified in Blood Borne Pathogens and follows the strictest guidelines set forth by OSHA. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and CPR.
Lisa prides herself on her personal and professional services and strives to make each of her clients feel comfortable when having their permanent makeup procedure. During your consultation she will discuss the procedure, pre and post care instructions, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. |
